When you can’t remember your RefWorks login, go to www.refworks.com/refworks and click ”Forgot your log-in?”. Enter the e-mail address you have used creating your account and within seconds RefWorks will send you an e-mail with your Login Information.
Problem is that some RefWorks users have entered an incorrect e-mail address, so they can’t recieve the e-mail with the Login Information. However, you can ask the library to request a new password for you, so you don’t lose the references in your RefWorks account.
